Excellent product

I bought a 10L portable shower with a pump from Onsen about 18 months ago. This product has been amazing. It has worked very well and has been reliable. The service I received from Onsen on few questions I add was excellent. This shower made my life at the cottage so much more pleasant. I fully recommend this product.

Good so far

Have only tested to insure it works. Used onsen 12v. pump. Lots of water at shower head. Seems like it gets hot enough basically as soon as water flows.

Potential improvements: lcd display for water temperature is either too bright or not quite the correct height. It’s very hard to read.

Great support.

Installed the unit and went to use it. Thought there was a problem. Called the 1 800 number and they talked me through the issue. Turns out I had a plumbing issue in my trailer that I never knew was there. Thanks guys. Will definitely recommend this unit to my brother in-law.
